1. Giriş ve Kapsam

Bu Açık Rıza Metni, Ben Tek Bilişim Sistemleri ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“Tradonymus” veya “Şirket”) tarafından, KVKK Aydınlatma Metni ile bilgilendirildikten sonra, yalnızca açık rızanıza bağlı olan ve aşağıda belirtilen işleme faaliyetleri bakımından açık rızanızı almak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

2. Açık Rıza Verilen Hususlar

Aşağıdaki seçenekler birbirinden bağımsızdır; dilediğinizi işaretleyebilir, dilediğinizi boş bırakabilirsiniz. Seçenekler varsayılan olarak işaretsizdir.

3. Rızanın İsteğe Bağlılığı

Rızanın geri alınması, geri alma tarihine kadar gerçekleştirilmiş işlemlerin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

5. İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS) Bilgilendirmesi

Ticari elektronik ileti izinleriniz, 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun uyarınca İleti Yönetim Sistemi’ne (İYS) kaydedilir ve İYS üzerinden görüntülenip yönetilebilir.

6. Beyan ve Onay

İşbu Açık Rıza Metni’ni ve atıfta bulunulan KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ni okudum ve anladım. Yukarıda işaretlediğim hususlar bakımından, kişisel verilerimin işlenmesine ve belirtilen iletilerin tarafıma gönderilmesine özgür irademle açık rıza veriyorum.

This Explicit Consent Text is prepared by Ben Tek Bilişim Sistemleri ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“Tradonymus” or the “Company”) to obtain your explicit consent, after you have been informed via the KVKK Privacy Notice, solely for the consent-based processing activities set out below.

2. Matters Subject to Explicit Consent

The options below are independent of one another; you may tick any of them and leave others blank. The options are unticked by default.

3. Consent is Optional

The consents above are entirely optional and given of your own free will. If you do not grant consent, no marketing messages will be sent to you; this does not affect your membership or use of the core services.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time, without giving any reason. To withdraw, you may:

• send an e-mail to info@tradonymus.com;

• use the unsubscribe link in the messages;

• manage your preferences through the Message Management System (İYS) at iys.org.tr.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to the date of withdrawal.

5. Message Management System (İYS) Notice

Your commercial electronic message permissions are recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and may be viewed and managed through İYS.

6. Declaration and Approval
